    Managing properties & listings

    Connect a booking channel

    Portfolio → Listings Dashboard~10 min
Link a property to Airbnb or VRBO so reservations and calendar blocks flow in automatically. Each platform connects a little differently — this covers both.

    Steps

    5 steps
    1. 1Open the Listings Dashboard and select the property.
    2. 2Use the All / STR+MTR / MTR Only / Long-Term buttons to narrow the list, or search by name or address.
    3. 3Choose the platform you're connecting and follow the guided steps.
    4. 4For calendar-based sync, paste the platform's iCal export URL where prompted and save.
    5. 5Wait for the first sync, then confirm existing reservations appear on your calendar.

The connection is not done until reservations appear

A saved iCal URL proves nothing. The check that matters is seeing the bookings that already exist on that platform land on your calendar.

    If something's off

    • If bookings aren't appearing after an hour — re-check the iCal URL for a typo and trigger a manual sync.
    • If you're connecting VRBO — keep it on calendar (iCal) sync — this preserves VRBO's tax handling. Don't switch it to a full channel-API connection.
    • If you are looking at a long-term rental — it appears in All Listings alongside everything else, and its Airbnb, VRBO, Furnished Finder and PriceLabs tiles are greyed out — a long-term lease does not use them. Zillow, Realtor.com, OwnerRez, the direct booking page and the guidebook still apply. Long-term homes are also left out of the No iCal and Not in PriceLabs counts, because neither applies to a lease.
